Define the market first
Start with the country where you plan to sell and the type of customer you serve. This informs product selection, labeling language, documentation and other destination requirements.
Write a practical product brief
Include the intended product category, ingredient preferences, format and pack size. If you have an existing formula, share the relevant specifications for an OEM discussion. If you are starting from a concept, discuss ODM development support.
Bring packaging into the conversation early
Label artwork, packaging materials, print requirements and pack dimensions can affect minimum quantities and timing. A clear brief helps distinguish a standard private label project from a new product development project.
What should go into the first enquiry?
Include your company and target country; the product reference or concept; ingredient preferences; pack format and net weight; expected order quantity; label language and artwork status; and your intended launch window. Separate requirements you have already confirmed from ideas you want us to assess. If you need a particular analysis or certificate, name the document and the relevant product.
What determines the minimum order?
There is no single published MOQ for every project. The selected formula, standard or custom packaging, print run and production arrangements need to be reviewed together. Request a written quotation tied to a defined specification. Samples, development work, bulk production and shipping can have separate costs and schedules; confirm them before committing to a launch date.
Confirm the commercial details
Agree samples, quantities, product specifications, documentation and the production schedule before placing a bulk order. Standard order lead times of 4–20 days depend on product and production arrangements; custom development and shipping need separate confirmation.
